We, the undersigned have reviewed the plans of the proposed development at Balbriggan Seabanks and now wish to strongly object to same for the reasons mentioned below. We trust that Fingal County Council will take our concerns into account and refuse planning permission for this development.

• Bath Road is an established residential area and is not a suitable road for providing access to this development be that during construction or thereafter. A nursing home will bring increased traffic volumes similar to a hospital and this site is simply not suitable for this purpose.

• The coastal views enjoyed by all residents of Balbriggan would be permanently taken away by a 4 storey building being allowed on a headland location.

• This development is speculative and purely for commercial gain.It does not have the best interests of the elderly people at heart as it locates them within metres of the Dublin/Belfast line where trains will be passing from 5am to 2 am, 7 days a week. Surely there are more suitable, peaceful sites, well serviced by an appropriate road network available for a Nyrsing home to be built upon
