Objection of Accomodation of Workers and Storage of Construction Goods

This house is located on the main street that goes into SS19/5 residential area.
The said house is being used as a Hostel for foreign workers (legal status unknown) and also storage for construction materials. Furthermore, the resident of the house always dump non-municipal waste and hazardous construction waste outside the house - which is a potential danger to residence and also an eyesore.
There are also issues with their commercial vehicles - lorries (so far spotted 3 of them). They are parked irresponsibly and are causing traffic on the main road, also they are parked at the residence playground causing damages to public and private properties and bringing dangers to children playing in the area.

This neighbour is a nuisance. Parks lorry on roads and nearby park. Damages MPSJ trees and chairs. Foreign workers that are most like illegal live here.
there are lorries always parked in front of this house, blocking the entire lane, to load or unload construction material. It is very dangerous as it's obstructing the vehicles from opposite direction, further it's close to junction. Also this house has created many trashes on the street. I don't think it's appropriate to store construction materials in a residential area. We sincerely hope actions can be taken by relevant authority as soon as possible. Thank you!
the premise concerned is used as a business / construction / store. it’s an eyesore to the neighbourhood. it also disrupts traffic flow and cause danger to the road users
This property has become an eyesore with the outside acting as a storage space for the company that runs it
It's a safety hazard

The tenant needs to be ejected for running an inappropriate business in a residential housing estate.
