We object to the proposed development for a mobile phone mast at the site on Hollins Lane, Accrington adjacent to the gates of Oak Hill Park.

We have submitted our formal objection document to the local planning department regarding application 11/11/0296. A representative from the council planning office has acknowledged receipt of our correspondence and we are now awaiting a confirmed timeline for the upcoming committee hearing.

RIDICULOUS. Why cant they put it literally anywhere else? Keep it away from our park.
This is going to look hideous right by the park entrance. Nobody wants that eyesore ruining the view.
My kids play here all the time. Im really worried about the radiation and it just doesnt belong in a family area.
Just no. Its a park not an industrial site.
Hollins Lane is busy enough without this tower being shoved in. Total lack of respect for the neighborhood.
Why does it have to be near a park?! Keep our green spaces green, please.

bad idea. property values will go down and it just looks cheap. find a different spot that isnt right next to a public space.
