We the residents of the Novel River Oaks wish to express our frustration and disappointment with Fetch, the package delivery service used by the building, and we call upon the building's owners and decision makers to find an alternative solution immediately to ensure that our packages are delivered in a timely manner.

We have had numerous negative experiences with Fetch including:

- Late delivery

- No delivery and lost packages without accountability

- Lack of responsive customer service

We were never given the option to opt-in or out of this service, nor were we informed by building management that this was going to be a required inconvenience when deciding whether to move in. However, we are being charged a monthly fee - on top of rent and other fees - for a service we do not want or need, and which routinely delays or prevents us from receiving our packages.

We find the situation unacceptable. Many of us pay for services such as Amazon Prime, which normally ensures prompt delivery of packages. However, Fetch completely undermines and negates the benefits of these services. Additionally, some of us order medicines through the mail that must be received in a prompt manner, and more than once, these important packages have been either delayed or lost by Fetch at a significant financial and psychological cost to ourselves. Attempts to find out packages run into an unresponsive and unaccountable customer service system that fails to address our problems, leading some of us to have to reorder our packages at our own expense, only to face the same problems once again.

We recognize that our building managers are attempting to address this issue and we as resident want to express our complete support for their efforts. We are tired of the extra cost, energy, and stress that Fetch has placed upon us, and we demand a solution.
