Policy very confusing on their website, criteria missing and different customer services unable to agree on the extra taxes to be paid for the equipment . Very unreliable information and no written guarantee possible from customer service for additional information.

400 euros round trip for a bag is just crazy. I can buy a new board for that price. Flying with my gear has become impossible with these airlines lately.

A paraglider bag is less hassle than most bags and they might end up charging something stupid for just something that at the end is just a normal bag...
