All Algerians living in the United Kingdom have been waiting too long to start flight bookings for summer 2014. On the 22nd January, Air Algerie released the seats, few were sold £265,and hours later the fare was £340, in the afternoon the fare reached £565 or it shows fully booked!!!
Yes I am talking about return flight London - Algiers.
Tarif GBP 455.00 Taxes et redevances GBP 110.75 Total par passager GBP 565.75!! So the tax costs only £110!Why is Air Algerie playing this game every year??? STOP IT PLEASE! ENOUGH!!!!!!!!!!
NO BODY IS GOING TO PAY THIS PRICE, HAVE 5 HOURS DELAYS, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, LOST LUGGAGE....
Instead of making their prices expensive, they should look to serve other destinations because they will go down...As most of people (Algerian or West African or others) will prefer other airlines than "Air Algerie".
I invite all ALGERIANS to sign this e-petition and go to Algeria with other CHEAP non direct airlines (Iberia, Air France, Tunis Air, Alitalia, Tap...), Or they could do better by spending their holiday in another country,cheap and with better service.

The stories coming in about lost luggage and sudden price hikes prove that we are not the only ones being mistreated. Call the booking office today to demand a clear explanation for these fare jumps. Post the link to this petition on your Facebook wall so we can show them that we have other travel options.

air algerie is a big scam. their phone line is always busy or they never answer the phone. their prices are excessively expensive. always bad experience in mind. never again
Please,please is our choice to bring the prices down by not booking with air couscous(air Algerie) if only you knew foe much you can save going elsewhere I have booked a holiday for 2 weeks all inclusive 5 stars 4 people in August for £ 1300 can you see the difference?
as long as some algerians don't mind paying ticket over £400, air algerie will keep selling expensive tickets. so, every one has to STOP buying tickets from them.
A family with 3 children cannot afford to pay £565 each. It is too expensive. we are not going to Algeria, but to Morocco or turkey.
It should be sold to the private sector and fe market should be opened for other airlines then we will buy return tickets for £100 like our neighbours Tunisians and Moroccans. But air algerie is kept by the government because all military people old moujahidines people who work on the parliament the government their families are using air algerie without paying a penny from their pockets. That's the only reason why air algerie is kept as a national airline .

One office in UK with incompetent staff isolated from the world around them. No chance getting through their phone to book or buy a ticket (Danger: Prohibited Zone) And let us not talk about the website Expensive tickets and full price for children Only cash for buying tickets and only for the Londoners Queuing at airport for checking and boarding and by the way no seats allocation which results in big confusion among passengers. Unfriendly, unprofessional, unhappy and unhelpful crew waiting for you on board Disgusting bathroom and dirty plane On top of that delays and that is normal and the list goes on Complain or not no action will be taken and no apology Am I dreaming Year 2014 Ad Welcome back Air Flinstones
