The emails keep flooding in about these hidden charges. I am formally requesting a meeting with management to demand transparency.

Service public c est censé aider les gens c est pas normal de taxer les infos trajet alors que l appli marche jamais quand on en a besoin
Déjà qu'on paye assez cher pour des trains toujours en retard, faudrait pas abuser non plus. C est notre droit d être au courant sans devoir payer en plus.
