This petition is for residents in support of NOT REZONING the Kadota/Fig Area of Simi Valley, CA. The City of Simi Valley Planning Commission has proposed a new General Plan that will rezone the Kadota/Fig Area to include moderate to high density housing (18 units per acre). By siging this petition, you are telling the City of Simi Valley Planning Commission and City Coucil Members that you DO NOT support the Rezoning of the Kadota/Fig Area.
