My family has lived here for 20 years. We bought this house for the quiet neighborhood feel not to have high density buildings looking into our backyard.
Keep Simi the way it is. Tired of seeing developers win and locals lose.
Simi valley is already getting way too crowded. no more apartments here please!!!!
18 units per acre is crazy. the traffic on that road is bad enough as it is. leave it alone.
Enough with the rezoning already. stop trying to pack everyone in like sardines.
