Stonebridge residents, please join with me in petitioning the homeowners association to replace both the soccer goals and the baseball backstop at Nora Haney park. This unique amenity to Stonebridge Ranch has housed the soccer goals and nets since its conception in 1989. Many soccer teams, families and individuals utilize the facilities at this park, and it would be a shame for them to not replace and fix both the goals the backstop and the fields there.

The Stonebridge homeowners association is still ignoring our emails while those nets continue to rot into the ground. They are perfectly happy to collect our dues while letting our community park fall apart. I am done asking nicely and will be showing up at the next board meeting to demand they put our money back into these fields.

The momentum behind this petition is proving that the Stonebridge HOA can no longer ignore the decaying state of Nora Haney Park. Their negligence has gone on far too long and it is time they prioritize our community over their own excuses.

Replace the goals please and put some netting up behind goals to stop balls from going into the road
Please maintain this park so that children will have a place to safely play soccer. We pay a substantial amount in HOA dues. I'd rather see part of that money used for this and to maintain other park areas than flowers!!!
Please replace the soccer goals & backstop at Nora Haney. There are so many soccer kids in McKinney & just not enough places to practice. Nora Hany is very safe due to the hill before the street - other parks are more dangerous for the kids. Thank you
My son has played soccer at that park for years. Even at 15, his friends still walk over there to play on the weekends and after school. They were all super disappointed when the goals were removed. I believe this park gives our kids an option to be outside doing something healthy and active instead of sitting in front of a video game. New goals would be money well spent....
As a resident of Quail Creek this is a great amenity for me and my family. To see it removed without being replaced. Through working in the industry and having good knowledge of the technology available in modern goal post setups, it is completely unjust action relative to our HOA - which I'm assuming the upkeep of these two facilities was/ should have budgeted for.

Please replace the soccer goals and baseball back at Norah Haney park. While I do not personally use either I have lived in the neighborhood for the past 10 years and seen how much joy they have brought to so many families!
