We the undersigned, residents of Quinte West, Call upon Quinte West Parks
and Recreation Committee Chairperson Duncan Armstrong and the Public works Director Chris Angelo. To Facilitate the installation of two youth sized soccer nets (6'tall by 12' wide) at the open space, west of the swing sets at Montrose Quinte Sunrise Rotary Park. The installation of these two nets would create a small soccer Pitch for children in the community to play soccer.

I think adding soccer net to any park is a good idea then it might keep the kids out of trouble
Montrose park needs update and I agree with soccer nets as long as the are secured
YES PLEASE. we need more stuff for the younger kids to do besides just the swings. the field is totally empty anyway.
My kids play here all the time and there is literally nothing for them to do. nets would be a huge improvement.
Support completely! I’d like to suggest a couple of cameras installed to monitor the park after hours and have it posted. Years ago I went down to help install the BBall court and other than a few isolated incidents it’s still intact! Anything for our youth!
I live in this neighbourhood and think it would be a great idea for the kids.

Good idea. Just make sure they are bolted down good so they dont get stolen.
