As many of you are probably aware by now, Leeds city council have decided to start work on the old car park outside The Tannery/ Sentinel Towers. Its pretty ridiculous that this has been allowed so close to exams, why not in the summer when we have all left? Starting loud work at 7am is horrendous and wakes up the whole block that faces the site. Many have emailed to complain and it seems that the complaint won't be taken any further without multiple people agreeing that its wrong. Central village managed to get compensation due to building work disrupting them, and we think its only fair that we get the same.
