Please sign this petition to let Waverley Council know you will accept a longer period of construction at 67-69 Penkivil St Bondi NSW in exchange for not hearing the construction noise on Saturdays and reduced construction noise hours in the morning before work Monday to Friday.
Be sure to add the following comments before you sign:
1. What hours you are sensitive to the construction noise, e.g., before 9am Mon-Fri. All day Saturday.
2. Which street you live on as a Bondi community member, e.g., Penkvil St Bondi, Angelsea St Bondi, Bondi Rd Bondi.

I would gladly accept a longer period of construction at 67-69 Penkivil St Bondi NSW in exchange for not hearing the construction noise on Saturdays and reduced construction noise hours in the morning before work Monday to Friday (ideally 9am - 5pm). I live directly across from the site on Penkivil Street and any reprieve would be welcome.
I'm living on 53-63 penkivil street and it's really beginning to be a nightmare that constant noise.
The amount of noise made early in the morning & Saturdays is ridiculous
I am sick of the drilling. I work night shifts and get home at 6am. I am unable to sleep due to the excessive noise. Please consider residents. I am considering moving out of the area, despite being a resident for over 25 years.
1. Any loud construction noise before 8am is totally unacceptable and infringes on our right to undisturbed use and enjoyment of real property by a tenant or landowner. 2. Anglesea St
No noise before 7am week days and 10am weekends 53-63 Penkivil Street
Sensitive to noise before 8am Monday to friday and all day Saturday.

Please restrict the noise to Mon - Friday between 9am to 5pm, and I would accept a longer period of construction time in exchange for no construction noise on Sat. Failing this Noise on Sat should not start toll after 10am. Thank you for your consideration. 66 Penkivil st, opposite the construction.
