The noise is getting louder day by day. The jackhammer is so loud it may as well be in my room. The worst possible time for this to happen.

This work is being carried out at the worst possible time of year when students are studying hard for end of year exams/assessments. It should be delayed until the long summer vacation when the residences are mostly empty & unaffected by noise nuisance

I get woken up by this racket every morning when I am trying to get sufficient sleep so I can effectively revise for my exams. Not only the lack of sleep I then try to revise and do my work for uni and the noise distracts me further. It is not fair on students and should be suspended during exam time.

Some of us work late night shifts and need to sleep during the day. If I can hear construction work from the sixth floor with the window shut in Opal 1, it is too loud

Its not on, ive had to stay up revising all day instead of sleeping all day, i have not come to uni to do work now go away and let me sleep!

It's ridiculous that my daughter and her flat mates are being disturbed by these builders so close to their exams, work should be suspended until after all exams have finished.

Uncalled for noise during placement and exam times as student nurses and midwifed are in night /early and late shifts all week.
