I started this because I could not sit by quietly, but the response from all of you has completely taken me by surprise. Your emails and messages about these geese are truly humbling to read. It remains clear that this is your movement now and I am just doing my best to keep up with your passion.

so cruel! leave them alone.
This is just evil. They are living creatures they deserve to be here just as much as we do. Stop killing them for no reason!
Ridiculous. Clean up the park if its so messy but dont hurt nature. My kids love looking at them at the lake.
Really sad that this is the best idea the township could come up with. stop the slaughter.
Killing them is not a solution. It just proves how lazy the town is about maintaining public spaces. Unacceptable.

WHAT IS WRONG WITH PEOPLE?? leave the poor birds alone. they are just trying to live their lives.
