Lincoln-Harris has proposed a 14,440 square foot anchor retail use with drive-thru window for the corner of Morehead and Kenilworth. The proposed project's use goes against the city's newly adopted Morehead Streetscape Plan approved by Charlotte's city council. The use of this parcel for a single story retailer does not represent the city's own plan, nor does it fit with the fabric of this historic community. Allowing this to happen will set the wrong precedent for future development along this important corridor. Please use the link provided to write our city council members and tell them to vote NO!

Bad for the historic area. We need better planning not just another chain store.

Ridiculous idea. That intersection is already a nightmare without people trying to pull in and out of a drive thru all day.

We have enough drugstores in this city already. Keep the character of the neighborhood please.

Morehead is supposed to be a beautiful gateway and this is just ugly. Dont let them ruin it.

WHY ARE WE DOING THIS. Stick to the plan city council. So tired of these developers just doing whatever they want.

The traffic there is already way too heavy. A pharmacy drive thru is the last thing we need.
