Lincoln-Harris has proposed a 14,440 square foot anchor retail use with drive-thru window for the corner of Morehead and Kenilworth. The proposed project's use goes against the city's newly adopted Morehead Streetscape Plan approved by Charlotte's city council. The use of this parcel for a single story retailer does not represent the city's own plan, nor does it fit with the fabric of this historic community.
