CHANGE UNFAIR PARKING BY LAWS AT WATERFORD PARK

Are you worried about the parking situation at Waterford Park and the enforcement of By Laws that don't make sense? What will you do if you get fined or your car towed over Christmas?

The By Laws need to change. Residents are never allowed to park in visitor car parks and visitors are not allowed to park in visitor car parks overnight.

So while all the visitor car parks remain empty overnight, people who live in the complex have to park their cars on the street. Isn't it more important that residents use the space in the complex - protecting our personal safety and keeping our vehicles secure at night?

Instead of wasting money and time enforcing unfair By Laws we need to change them!

As long as your car is not causing damage to property or obstructing access for other vehicles then why does it matter whether you are in a visitor car park or parked on the side near your home?

The people who live here need to let the Body Corporate, and the owners of the townhouses if you're renting, know that people are not going to tolerate being fined and towed when all they are trying to do is keep themselves, their families and their vehicles safe. All that will happen is that good people will leave the complex.

I want to present this petition to the Body Corporate with signatures and comments from residents and visitors!

PLEASE SIGN THIS PETITION IF YOU WANT THE BODY CORPORATE BY LAWS CHANGED TO GIVE RESIDENTS PRIORITY FOR PARKING IN THE COMPLEX AND TO STOP THIS CRAZY ENFORCEMENT OF BY LAWS THAT DON'T EVEN MAKE SENSE.
