Improve Parking at Waterford Park

What's the progress on this? I've just re-signed my lease for another 6 months but if this isn't rectified we will be moving as well.

I have lived in this complex for some time and have seen the systematic removal of many of the services this complex was originally supposed to and did provide. The functioning spa pool, the BBQ area, the gym/communal facility, office post office service, an open pool toilet, pool surveillance, security patrols, consistently working street lights, intercom and gate systems and actual on site managers that lived on site who would patrol the units regularly, monitored the illegal visitors and activities and cared about the residents. We rent 2 neighbouring units and we do use the visitors carpark between our units as we were told this was permitted when we moved in. There isn't enough on site or off street parking spaces available for the number of residents and visitors. We should feel our cars are secure in the secure complex. Body corporate should provide more parking areas. If this new fine system is enforced we will definitely be moving. I fully support this petition.

These fines should be removed. It is hard to find parking with at least 3 cars at almost every house. Visitors' parking should continue to be used.

i am a owner occupier in the Waterford park complex and am absolutely disgusted with the people who feel that parking three and four family cars in all the visitor parks is ok and as for the persons comment who doesn't even live in the complex don't comment till you know what people go through when there families with young children have to park out on the main road when all the visitor parks are taken up by tenants I for one am happy for the parking fines etc to take place and as it has become ridiculously frustrating am putting my place on the market soon due to the stress certain people have caused me and my family so hope your all happy because all the illegal parkers they are the ones who have made this happen do the right thing then these situations wouldn't arise. and also doing the right thing could change the situation so something for all to think about .

How freaking ridiculous, sack the body corporate.

The introduction of parking fines to the this complex is ridiculous. Especially since the provided parking is completely insufficient to cater for current demands. If these overbearing 'nanny' regulations aren't repealed, I for one will be looking elsewhere for accomodation. I fully support this petition.

I don't even live any where near there, but com on body corporate or who ever has made these laws, these people pay good rent why should they not be allowed to park in visitors car parks. We live in Australia my country which I was born & raised a country of fairness. Not stupidity. I sure hope you see how silly this rule is. So unfair. Merry Christmas

Need more parking space ridiculously small car park available .

I wouldn't like it if someone was to fine me for parking on my own property. It seems like a money grab to fine people for trying to protect their vehicle and their personal safety if the parking facilities that residents and their guests are provided with and are paying for are inadequate. I have a very nice car, and if I was to visit my friend at her home (& would need to stay overnight as I live 150km away) I would rather pay for a hotel and stay there than risk a fine for trying to protect my car and the safety of myself and my son.
