Darlington Borough Council have outlined plans to build a Gypsy site on green land off salters lane darlington at an area to the bottom of Glebe Road. This is one of 6 proposed sites around the town and we must make a stand if we don't want it to happen. The proposed site will be accessed via Mayfair road and Glebe road which is a busy residential area and will also be visible for miles around. Please sign this petition and add your comments

Why build on green land when there are better places. The council isnt listening to the people actually living here.

Ridiculous idea. We have worked hard to keep this neighborhood nice and now they want to ruin it. NO WAY.

This is a quiet residential area and it needs to stay that way. Our roads cant handle the extra traffic especially around glebe road. Keep it away from our homes.
