The Vineyards Luxury Motor Coach RV Resort and Golf course has plans submitted to the City of Coachella by Red Moon RV Park to remove the golf course and add 469 RV spaces. 46 long-term RV rental spaces and 390 Short-term rental psaces. No Habitable structures.

The beautiful views will be gone, the consept of a Luxury RV park will not exist. This is not the kind of community we want next to our community. The golf course has had a temporary fence forever that the owner refused to do anything about, what plans are there for fencing?

The city stated with the RV park being built south of the golf course that they want the most luxurious RV park in the desert. The REd Moon RV Park contradicts this philosphy and will be just a parking lot of RV's coming and going with no major ammenities.

We do not want a trailer park of RVs next door, see photo attached of a similar valley RV park with this type of facilities.
