- Calling all people in Simpsonville area to sign this petition. The property on Fork Shoals Rd across from Ralph Chandler Middle School has been purchased and the plan is to build a 123 unit RV Park. This 15 acre tract of land is very narrow and these units will be crammed into a small area. This also creates a traffic issue with the school car line traffic. The other homes in the immediate area sit on an acre or more of land. This RV park is not in keeping with the current saturation of homes per acre.

This can't be a recreational RV park or resort. It will most likely accommodate transients and homesteaders. This is not the right location for a park like this. Too close to a school and limited access especially since the bridge in fork shoals will be ooc for years
Do not build this monstrosity!
Building a 123 unit RV park close to a school is a terrible plan & detrimental to the area.
This is a bad idea for our community. Especially directly across from the middle school! A transient RV park invites crime. Property values will fall. Totally unacceptable.
That is not a good place for an RV Park directly across from a school.

Not In favor of this RV park. Absolutely too close to a school, the RV park drive will be directly across from the school drive (hundreds of cars and multiple buses), no sewer in this area, wetlands directly behind proposed RV park on Huff Creek, so many reasons.
