I've never really had any personal interaction with her but all I hear is negative things. If the park district wants to keep doing an outstanding job, there can't be someone at the top that belittles members. That will create/enhance a negative culture, driving away good employees, which will in turn affect the quality of our parks and facilities, ultimately driving away people from using any of these facilities/parks. The Oregon park district, in my opinion, is one of the best I have ever come across, and I would hate to have it ruined from the wrong person in charge.

My niece worked there for two years and she said erin made her cry literally every week. glad she finally quit but the board needs to do something about this woman before everyone leaves.
