To protect residents, guests, businesses and local properties and environments as well as the health and safety of our dogs, cats and indigenous wildlife, we demand that the City of Gearhart marshal, enlist and coordinate all local, county, state and federal agencies to eliminate the importation and use of illegal fireworks in Gearhart.
