ENOUGH IS ENOUGH, many will continue be irresponsible & disrespectful purposefully because they won't be held accountable for their actions. If there's a silent alternative (only then I see no problem).. Until then, ban ALL IMPORTERS & USERS!

My poor dog spends the whole night shaking under the bed. It breaks my heart seeing her so terrified every single year just so some people can have loud lights in the sky.
