Help stop the block-long, four-story apartment building proposed for Church and Pump Roads. A monstrous building of these dimensions is totally out of character with our single home/townhome neighborhoods. 225 apartments in just 7.9 acres is too many for the space. The homes would source too much traffic for our roads. And the impact on our School System could necessitate redistricting.

Sign this petition to urge the Henrico Planning Commission and Supervisors to not approve the change in zones from B2 to R6 and to refuse the zone variance to allow 40% more units than code would allow.
