The city denied the permit and shut this absurd proposal down for good. We forced the zoning board to listen and protected the character of our neighborhood against their corporate greed. Watch them closely just in case they try to pull this stunt elsewhere.

The massive surge of support proves that we are not going to let the city planners ignore our neighborhood character. Goodwill and the zoning board need to understand that this project is dead on arrival if they value our community at all.

this corner is way too busy for trucks coming and going all day. bad planning.
traffic is already a nightmare at this intersection. adding a donation center is just going to make it worse for everyone trying to get home.
we dont need more junk piling up in our neighborhood. look at other areas of tempe that actually want this.
not the right spot for this. really hope the city listens to us for once.
seriously? we have enough traffic issues already. why keep squeezing these things into residential zones
