A Colorado lunch lady was fired for giving a free lunch to a first grader child who didn't have money to purchase one, she was told we don't go giving food away for free. Let's get 250,000 signatures so Predident Obama and congress are forced to look at this issue. No child should worry about not eating because their parents don't have money nor do they qualify for free or reduced lunch. We should reduce the three meals a day from prisoners and use that remaining money toensure that Every child in this country receive a free school lunch since our tax dollars is what pays for it.

A hamburger bun with a piece of cheese is not a lunch. Obama Bin Laden's forced healthcare coverage has forced many working families have less for food and kid lunches. We are a nation that claims Jesus as our savior. We need to show it. Thank you Della for doing what Jesus said instead of what selfish people said to do. It's not the child's fault.

Have just had a wonderful but eye opening holiday in your country. Amongst all the affluence there are so many beggars (San Francisco and Las Vegas).

Sad we need a petition for something like this. A child needs to eat PERIOD. School lunch is the only meal some kids get all day. It should be guaranteed ,,,,,,,,,,and not a cheese sandwhich a meal
