The current board is still hiding behind closed doors and ignoring our repeated requests for transparency. I am tired of watching them mismanage our property while they treat our bylaws like optional suggestions. They think we will eventually go away but we are just getting started.

The boards behavior is disgusting. Ms. Cruz’s unit is uninhabitable. The board needs to be fined by the city!
The board is not doing its job of providing responsible oversight of our building's finances and management. They are not complying with a request for an audit of the books---over which ethical and financial issues have been raised. They are not complying with a cease and desist letter regarding the illegally signed contract with Everywhere Wireless. There has been chicanery, past and present, to get around the condo bylaws, including bypassing the requirement for 66% owner approval of contracts like the new Internet contract. They must be held to account for all these instances of sloppy and bad-faith stewardship.
This is a health hazard that need to be address immediately. Repair the leaks, Disinfect, check for mold if so remediation will be needed. If not health authorities will be notified
Integrity is about doing the right thing. What this is a criminal negligence. Learn the lessons from the collapsed building in Florida before it's too late.
Being on a Condo Board association, this does not sound acceptable and a breech of fiduciary duty!
No one deserves to live in those conditions! Please bring capable people to the board!

Not fixing current issues that are causing owners to be homeless is unacceptable. A new board that understands and addresses the issues is needed ASAP ,
