The feedback coming in highlights how much frustration exists regarding current energy reliability. I am currently preparing the formal submission for the regulatory agencies to ensure the scope of our concerns is clear.

Every single night my lights flicker and go out. I am sick of replacing expensive food because the fridge stops working. We pay way to much for this bad service. Enough is enough bring in someone else.
My water goes with electricity.Because the power is always off, I cannot even bathe,wash nor flush my toilet.This is really ridiculous.Break down this monopoly.We need another dependable provider.
I have a disabled husband who has electrical equipment and I have lost to many appliances due to power outages and surges with no compensation and it's hard paying vat on a bill that can never provide a decent service either take vat off the bahamians bill or provide another electric company that can keep the power on this climate is to hot for this load shedding how can our kids go to school comfortable and how can we go to work comfortable if we cant rest in our homes werewe pay our Bill's to live comfortably
This energy system is very primitive for 2019, and the relevant personnel does not care about the people affected. Time for a change
BPL has tio go. We need a new more effecient provider in the Bahanas. Tjis is too much. I have an 83 yr old mother who is a double amuputee with Alzheimers. Please, this blatant disregard for being treated like animals has to stop. I stand against BPL being the service in the upcoming year and beyond.
I am tired of the load sharing we have to dosomethibg

BPL is unfit to provide power to the whole Bahamas.Why are we paying them millions of dollars just to sit there & do not do anything.Get rid of them & hand it to another company who can handle it. Thank you
