Fellow citizens. Many of us have suffered and cried becuase of the Poor service delivery & Poor customer services of Umeme Ltd. As a nation, We can do so much better. With your signature here, We shall petition the Parliament of Uganda to either Cancel all Umeme Contracts in Uganda or Find a suitable competitor to even out the monopoly. I hate the sound of UMEME. Such incompetence is simply unacceptable. The fact that they hold a national resource which people's businesses and lives depend on yet they can't offer even 50% assurance is simply disgusting to hear
