It has been less than 24 hours I've used the new thumbs up or thumbs down rating system for Netflix. I dislike it and have seen others dislike for this as well. Before, for the past 6 years I've had Netflix, I've had an accumulation of movies I've rated based on stars 1 star for poor, 2, 3,4 and 5 for loved it. This did one of two things for me, it helped me to know what movies I've seen because the rating would turn fromantic red to yellow once I've rated it. Secondly it would tell me what I've already seen. In years of rating shows and movies I felt like I had a library of well thought out ratings. Now I have one of two choices and no way to really know if I've seen the movie or TV show. Please reconsider going back to the original style. Others have spoken out on a Facebook group dedicated to Netflix that is a tight nit community giving suggestions and enjoying the product we enjoy using.
