Friday the 13th of this year marked a sad day for visitors at the Internet Movie Database (otherwise known as IMDB). This was the day that they forced all of their visitors to use their "new and improved" layout which many people find too cluttered, busy, and hard to navigate. They have had this new layout in place for over a year but many hardcore fans knew that if you registered an account that you could change your preference to the older, easier to navigate layout. They have also stated that "Usage of the old design has fallen to only 0.012% of IMDb users and so it no longer makes sense to keep it around.", but yet there are hundreds of complaints on their message boards about the new layout. People wanted a vote or some type of poll, which was promptly ignored. One of their staff members even stated "We\'ve made it very clear that the old design is not coming back." (nice public relations there huh) All we want is the OPTION of using the old style web layout. They did this for an entire year so we know it can be done. At least with this petition we can gather numerical data from the people that aren\'t satisfied with the new design changes.
