It is the wish and desire of the voting and due's paying members of NEMSA that the Arbitrator from the American Arbitration Association Ruled that Jim Gambone is: 1) A member of NEMSA 2) was eligible to run for President 3) should have been on the ballot 4) Won the Election (Gambone 204, Lucas 129, Colcord 102) 5) should IMEDIATELY be installed as President. It is our desire that Torren Colcord step aside for the good of the union as a whole and we order the Board of Directors not to waste our due's by contesting the decision of the Arbitration. We also put the Board on notice that if they do procede with contesting this decision, we will seek any and all alternatives at our disposal to not only have Jim Gambone as our president but for the removal of any and all Board members that continue with obstruction of the installation of our elected President.
