Recently our streets were worked on with a technique called chip-seal. This procedure not only left a mess, but left friends and neighbors saying, "What's the finishing step?" We've been told there is no final step and that the streets are finished. They are very bumpy and we miss our smooth road that was just fine. Hundreds of children live in this neighborhood and can no longer ride their scooters and big wheels on the street. Not only that, such a rough finish is dangerous when/if there is a fall. We wish to express our unhappiness with the so called road improvements. Last time we checked we did not live in the country, and we want our smooth road back!
