Naukri has come out pay per profile view concept Naukri talks about Information technology act section 43A…and TRAI regulation while selling restricted views proposal. Act nowhere mentions that you need to charge your customers more to protect the privacy of Jobseeker… we do not disturb the privacy of Job-seeker by calling him for the available Job. His profile is there on the portal and by default he has requested for our service by posting his profile. By calling him we are helping him grow and not disturbing him. It’s the responsibility of Naukri not to post profile of the person who is not looking for Job and has privacy concerns. Let them do DND check for all their profiles before selling to us or before letting us access such profiles it’s Naukri which breaks the law by not removing inactive profiles or by selling such database of candidates who have privacy concerns. This Petition is convey www.naukri.com that their current proposal is highly unfair and they must change it. The current proposal means following to the Recruitment Agency 1. Per recruiter per day views.. May be as low as 15-20... Resulting either zero profile or max 1 profile... and that's only sufficient for 1 -2 hour ..Of usage per day 2. Please understand as market picks up of no of job-seekers are less and less.. That also means you need to view more and more profiles to get one profile and whole packge means waste of money. 3. Current boom may not be sustained if current political situation in India continues.. Corruption etc. and high price may not be viable 5. There are other worries from Arab world, oil price hike etc., Questions Naukri.com must answer to all recruitment agencies 1. Candidate is not looking for any Job and Naukri search comes with such profile... why should we pay? 2. If candidate has not mentioned his contact number in profile.... everything is confidential... why should we pay? 3. If he is not working in a company which he claims he is working ...many contract employees and fake Job seekers do this.. Should we pay for such profile? What steps Naukri has taken to ensure such profiles do not come to us? Before asking us to pay per view;
