Dear Neighbors, The community continues to face multiple issues. During the Annual meeting which was censored and not promoted at the same level as yoga or the super bowl party - the board and property management have failed to answer the 50 + questions that were remaining from our community including the ones that had the highest votes to be asked. There are several issues facing our great community. The trash compactor constantly going down, a flawed budget not reflecting capitol projects such as the failed mill and pave that covered several drains from the street that is already in the red and should require an independent audit, multiple foundation issues and rampant water intrusion from manufacturers defects and improper installation causing internal damages that are not the responsibility of the home owner due to the source and nature of the intrusion, failed vendor "fixes" , buildings not being brought up to code once work has been started, termite damage from mismanagement of the property management being able to effectively handle vendors, the trees coming down were supposed to be strategic with no map shared, cars being trapped in by the snow causing people to need ubers to get to work on time, displaced resident, black mold health concerns with out the recommended community wide testing being completed, Facebook censorship & more. If you feel the community deserves answers that affect all property values, wrongful special assessments & lack of accountability please sign your name below. 109 signatures / 1/4 of the community should be enough require the board to approve a community town hall to address all of the on going issues with the HOA attorney present since residents were cut off. If you believe the community deserves transparency & needs to be held accountable you can sign below & share with your neighbors.
