Seems to be a complete lack or order by our HOA and board in the New Albany Park Community. It’s quite concerning the amount of money we are paying and the continued issues with community wide projects and issues.

Although my unit has not been affected, the property value is falling and I do want to sell within the next 2 years. The increased value was to help a lot with retirement since I have lived here almost 20 years. A town hall with the board and without the presence of the management company is a right of all who live in this community.

I have complained about Lifestyles for years! The Board is a group of duds who think they know everything and have put their faith in a management company who dont have our best interest at heart.
