My son Alex attended Ms Penny's preschool just this past year. He absolutely loved Ms Penny and so did we!! I find her dismissal unacceptable; I urge you to reinstate Ms Penny immediately as the Pre-Kindergarten teacher at St. Paul's so Alex will have her next year! Ms Penny was so kind and gentle to Alex, and he grew tremendously while he was in her class. God Bless Ms Penny, and the school board members who choose to reinstate her!!!

I spent two years working beside Penny. The one statement I constantly heard from her was "I am happy wherever I can teach my kids (preschool)." She had my respect and admiration from the moment I met her seven years ago, and my support and love the day I stepped foot into St. Paul's as an employee.

Ms. Penny is an amazing teacher who is respected by not only her students but parents and siblings of her students, whom she was going to teach in the Fall. It saddens me that the "Board" has made her the target when she has only ever had our children and St. Paul's interest at heart. This situation must be re-evaluated as she is not the one who should have been fired. I have spoken with the president, principal and attended board meetings defending Ms.penny but my comments and observations sadly fell on deaf ears by everyone. My sons enrollment for fall is under serious consideration until this situation is resolved. Bring Ms. Penny back!

Wrongfully terminated for speaking out on what she feels is right and nothing to do with her teaching ability

If it is true that the president of the boards wife was hired as a teacher did he vot for this. He should have recussed himself from voting. At the voters meeting on Sunday we were stone walled at every question about salaries and about this issue the school board feels in my o in opion the do not have to answer questions even when the are asked by the voters assembly. Which is the governing body of the church and school.

I have seen on numerous occasions how loving and caring and nurturing Ms. Penny has been with all her students, but I especially appreciated the time she spent with my grandchildren. My granddaughter Carly McLean still speaks of Ms. Penny to this day and she is starting 2nd grade. My grandson Owen Grodzickie loved Ms. Penny and my granddaughter Ellie was so looking forward to having Ms. Penny when school starts back up. Please reconsider your decision and reinstate Ms. Penny!

Me Penny is a gifted teacher. She taught my grandson Brody last year. Letting her go was a huge mistake.

My grandson Brody Barger had Miss Penny last school year. She is a very talented, caring teacher. My daughter Jaime and I feel is was unjustly fired.
