Unfortunately, this problem seems to be in the "too difficult" pile for the Council and Police to deal with and uncovers a basic flaw in our Anti Social behaviour laws where any breach has to be handled by two authorities. It's a licence to fob off or blame the other party. Add private property into the mix, the fact that we are on the border with Crawley and Gatwick Police and you have a recipe for no action. Amongst all this, somebody is forgetting our basic human right as follows: ARTICLE 1 PROTECTION OF PROPERTY Every natural or legal person is entitled to the peaceful enjoyment of his possessions So if you couldn't enjoy your possessions over the last week or more, please sign and pass this on to anyone else that might be interested and if we get enough numbers, we can act from a position of strength.
