Are you tired of being harassed by noisy neighbors or businesses in Crawford County Georgia? Been told there is nothing that can be done about the loud car exhausts, motorcycles, ATVs and other "hootin and hollerin" that runs rampant in the county? Well, here is the chance to help us do something about it!
Obtaining an enforceable noise ordinance for all rural non-incorporated areas of Crawford County GA is paramount to the health and safety of our communities. Excessive noise is intrusive and harmful to everyday resident and small business activities. Allowing the noisy offenders to continue un-checked will simply promote further, possibly even criminal acts of injustice!

As many of you may know, Crawford County currently has NO noise ordinance outside of Roberta! That means, unless the noise you hear is coming from a motor vehicle radio system, Crawford County Sheriff can do nothing to curb the issue! There are 159 counties in GA, and Crawford is one that does not have a published/established noise ordinance to protect its citizens.
Please sign the petition to have your voice heard on this matter! I will be showing my findings at an upcoming county commissioner meeting once I feel there is enough support!

The momentum we have built proves the commissioners can no longer ignore this crisis in Crawford County. Those in charge have sat on their hands for too long while our peace is destroyed. This is the push we need to drag them into a meeting and force some accountability.

lived here 20 years and its just getting worse. we need rules for this county like everyone else has.
ITS SO LOUD HERE!! cant even sit on my own porch without all the racket. make it stop.

Finally someone is doing something about the ATVs tearing up the roads at 2am. Nobody can get a good nights sleep anymore.
