I was looking at some vintage jerseys earlier and it really hit me how much that old logo just screams hockey history compared to what we have now. People keep sending me messages about the North Stars and honestly the nostalgia is getting to me too because we deserve that identity back even if the logistics of a rebrand are admittedly a total headache.

The new name should be .... The Minnesota Northern Pikes/Pikies. Is the best fish in the great state and boasts are large presence and intimidating features. The ownership really blew it with that stupid wild name. No thought or care. Disgusting
With purple as a color.
The wild name is ludacris. I propose naming them the Ventura's after the former governor
Bring the North Stars back to Minnesota!!!!! Please
Bring back the north stars and the old school green and yellow sweaters!
How about the minnesota lumberjack's, or something to do with what's famous in the state...or back to North-Stars
Bring the North Star name and colors back!!!!

I would be elated if this could happen. I actually refer to the Wild as "Minnesota's professional hockey team" with friends because I think the name is so embarrassing. I also despise the embarrassing logo and hideous Christmas-looking uniforms (aside from the very sharp looking green uniforms). The NORTH STARS are Minnesota!!! GET RID OF THE WILD!!!!!!
