To Tom Garrity, We, the signees of this petition, wish to let our dissatisfaction with the new Houston Aeros logo be known and state an express desire to see the return of the original Houston Aeros logo as introduced with the present team in 1994. The new logo, since it\'s introduction, has been received negatively by hockey fans, Aeros fans and potential fans alike. As a matter of pride, Aeros fans have taken to the 1994 logo that has been worn during two championships and have stated a clear preference for it over the new logo. As a matter of practice, it is our belief that the new logo will create an image of the team as being less professional and may, in fact, warrant less interest in merchandise sales with the new logo. We would prefer to see the new logo stricken from the record at the soonest possible moment.
