I met with the local council yesterday to demand a safety audit for this crossing. They are stalling but your signatures proved that this is a neighborhood priority they cannot ignore. Send an email to your local representative today to keep the pressure on them.

There should have been a Pelican crossing there years ago. Zebra crossings were meant for a different era, and are not fit for purpose

Seen many a near miss at that crossing, mainly from cars leaving the dual carriageway side. It should have been a pedestrian crossiing years ago.

This should have happened years ago and it shouldn't take a tragedy to make the council realise. Living so near to the crossing it has been extremely dangerous for years.
