The feedback from parents regarding the dangerous traffic conditions on Tynemouth Road continues to confirm the urgency of this request. I am currently preparing a formal submission for the council to ensure our concerns are properly documented.

The momentum behind our request for a pelican crossing has grown significantly. This level of interest confirms the urgency of the safety concerns we have raised regarding Tynemouth Road.

its a nightmare trying to cross with a buggy and a toddler while traffic is racing past. please sort it out north tyneside council!
Needs a crossing NOW. dont wait for a tragic accident to happen before someone actually does something about it.
Fix this street before someone gets hurt.
That road is absolutely lethal at school run times. I have to hold my kids so tight every single day, it shouldn't be this stressful just to drop them off.
Cars fly down that road way too fast. My little one is at the nursery and I worry every morning.

About time. Too many cars and not enough care for the kids safety.
