We the undersigned, call on Monte Del Lago Mobile Home Park Manager and Equity Lifestyle Inc., to bring back an armed security guard for Monte Del Lago Mobile Home Park Residents/Homeowners. Yet again, MDL has been targeted with gang and drug activity. The main focus is to bring back a high level of customer service, particularly peace, safety, and tranquility in our community. Other concerns that a security guard can address are the offenses against Public Peace and Security, noise levels exceed the basic law in the California Noise Law and Health and Safety Code 46000, Chapter 10.60 MCC and the Park rules for MDL, Illegal fireworks and discharge of a firearm, Section11.88.015 and 11.88.050, It is the tenant's right to peaceful enjoyment and the Landlords duty to seek action against the source of noise. See Penal Code Section 415. It is obvious that the manager is not able to perform her duty to police the park and address these safety issues that are so needed to maintain a peaceful environment for its residents/homeowners. It is NOT the resident/homeowners job to enforce these laws and park rules. We are paying the highest space fee compared to all of Monterey County mobile home parks and continue to get space fee increase each year, with no improvements being made to make it a safer more enjoyable place to live. Please sign the petition to improve your community and make it safe again.

I’d like to say that there is now homeless people walking around we pay a lot and each year it gets higher it’s not fair that you can’t put a security guard what does it cost you huh !!!!!!!!!
