This was extremely deceitful on Taylor Morrison's part in order to pad their pocket book at the expense of our property value.
What about the electrical poles that are behind the home in the back of the Mar Bella Community. I have a big electrical wire that runs across my backyard that prevented a back porch being put on my house. Our house is the only house in Mar Bell with no porch.
above ground power lines have electrical outages more often than underground. It is also dangerous to our neigh it's as we live in such a high wind area. Taylor Morrison is just trying to cheap out!
We look right at these poles & were told when we bought our home this ENTIRE COMMUNITY was underground utilities!
our MUD tax is high. I thought this was to cover utilities? I've lost electricity 6 times in March and April. That is not acceptable. This is not going to work.
Going to be living on Lorca in Mar Bella IF we,ever vet power tbere.

As a fture homeowner of 4801 Lorca Lane in Mar Bella, I am amazed that the developer would want to taint their reputation of building this beautiful community by allowing the above ground utility construction along Isla Vista. What an eyesore as it breaks the beauty & harmony that flows throoughout Mar Bella. It is truly a crying shame and I am outraged that they would consider it OK.
