We demand that use of the Matrix system be terminated immediately and Innovia be reinstated until such time that Matrix is at least functioning at the same level as Innovia. Since the initiation of the Matrix system, our ability to conduct business has been hindered.

The feedback keeps pouring in regarding the daily glitches. I am compiling these reports to present to the board.

Have lost a lot of my buyers as they won't work with the "portal". My business has definitely been affected.
As an agent I offer my clients state of the art technology. Listings get professional photography, drone footage and 3D Interactive Virusl Tours. Why am I as an agent forced to work with such a sub par product?? Innovia is NOT going out of business, nor has it been bought out. I feel we have been seriously misled as to “why” our MLS changed providers.
Matrix offers many things we do not need in our area. Innovia was good enough for this area and very simple to use by all agents.
Please bring Innovia back. This is definitely a step backwards. This is not user friendly! I especially miss our bulletin board!
Matrix is extremely user Unfriendly. Try to find answers to questions in the Help files and can't find them. Training was not at all helpful.
Although my partner does most of the computer use, I have witnessed how much stress and time Matrix has caused.
Daily messages posted on the MLS Bulletin Board Re/Corrections & Changes for Matrix. Too small to read or print. Need Matrix to provide a Manual (not on line) how to use. I search actives on our Company Web Site that is so much easier to use. Judy Hale

Pictures are too close and hard to use...Innovia very good. Printout of price too small.....have lost all capability of researching past listings/withdrawals/sales unless very recent....Innovia went back several years.....customers hate printouts.....Bring Innovia back...this is not a move forward...our system was good...do not try to improve or change what works.
