We the undersigned members in good standing of The Realtors Association of York and Adams Counties have given Bright MLS more than enough opportunity and we demand that we return immediately to the Paragon MLS we were using prior.
When we voted on this I was under the impression that it was already up and running and a sound program
I feel I am a victim of deceit

The only benefit to bright has been an increased number of showings from out of market agents. Everything else has been a complete disaster and they should have had many issues figured out way before making the switch. Many of these issues are still not resolved. Accuracy is more important than out of market agents. We should go back to Paragon.

Bright is just not user friendly as compared to Paragon. Cant search by neighborhood, crazy!

I have lost business over this insane system. The information that we have is NOT reliable and we are looking like fools while Bright is using us a test project for future systems in other states. What a joke.

Bright is costing realtors time and money. The clients hate it, we Realtors hate it. It has crippled my productivity since last year. Enough excuses. When is enough, enough?

Bright is a Lemon. I dislike using it, It takes too much time and performs sadly. I do not need a multi state MLS. It was just a very bad business deal. Paragon got the job done for me.

I have tried to keep the best open mind to this change but the inconsistencies with search results and the slowness of the program is proving to be a problem. It's not getting better. It's not convenient to search properties on the go, any more. I'm all about growth and change but not when it's making things more difficult. I'm not confident with my search results anymore and I find myself searching 3 and 4 times for the same CMA or buyer search because there are too many "criteria options" that make it easy to eliminate or miss a property that you are searching for. I really wanted this to work... but it's not.

Another giant step backwards. We need to return to what worked in the past. Five months and we still have a big mess.
