Dear Broker and Agent members of the Northwest Arkansas Board of Realtors,
On April 9th, NABOR began the transition from Matrix to Navica. Within 24 hours of the change, brokers and agents alike began using the system and realizing that this transition was a step back for our MLS system. We lost major functionality that we use on a daily basis for ourselves and our clients.
Issues we have found fall into the following categories.
- Lost Functionality
- Inferior Agent Branding
- Listing Input and Management
- Search Capability and Data
- Website Design and Accessibility/Ease of Use
- Malfunction
- Loss of Value (new capabilities don't overcome the deep inadequacies of the system)
Top producing agents and brokers representing more than half of 2017's market share have agreed to be on board with this movement. Although the board has indicated that there is nothing we can do and we are stuck in the current contract for the next 4 years, we have options. After due diligence, it has been realized that there are numerous solutions that are currently being explored that do not include staying with Navica.
Your voice is important as a realtor in NW Arkansas. Let's fix this quickly and get back to slinging real estate!

Navica is a nightmare to navigate. I waste so much time trying to pull simple reports that took seconds in Matrix. Bring it back!
Complete disaster. Why change something that worked perfectly fine??
PLEASE listen to the agents who actually use this software all day. This is a huge step backwards for NWA real estate.
I cant believe we are stuck with this clunky mess for 4 years. Fix it now. The interface is ancient and searching for listings is a total chore.
This system is costing me money every single day. My clients are frustrated and I look incompetent trying to use this garbage.
