It is our strong position that any policy or action that seeks to limit field workers’ lawful right to claim payment for overtime infringes upon their rights and sets a dangerous precedent.

The proposed policy is a splendid show of lack of consideration. It creates two organisations of OHSC and is divisive in character.
I reject the policy as designed and recommended by the employer. It is against the legal prescripts,explotatry, seek to saw division and undermine employees.

I reject the over time policy, inspectors work overtime and beyond including Sundays. The policy exclude such onbthe basis that the inconvenience allowance covers it which is not a fair labour practice.
