I find it unfair there was evidence that that paper leaked and the principle and teachers refuse to grant a rewrite

Please take immediate action. These are marks that we need to apply and I don't want to receive them knowing that another Learner has an advantage

Term 1 the paper leaked, apparently we reported too late. Term 3 the paper leaks, we report early and still nothing is done. What kind of formal institution takes pride in such? If it isn't a rewrite then remove the test(25%) from the term mark so everyone's equal instead of protecting high flyers that fly on leaked papers

I have never seen anything like this before, the teachers have been given the go ahead to let the learners rewrite, but do not want to set the rewrite paper because it's "alot of work" , this is unfair because those that had the leaked paper before hand had an extremely unfair advantage, and the teachers have the ability to easily correct this unjustice but do not want to.

It is not fair that your high flyers are going to get higher marks of of a leaked paper. Just because they didn't get some questions means they made mistakes or didn't focus on that question when they got the paper. But they focused on the hard questions

It is unfair and unjust that people get leaked papers and study and memorize answers before it is time to write the exam
